Role Overview
As a Senior BMS Service Engineer, your mission is to provide outstanding technical service and maintain high-level customer satisfaction. From routine maintenance to innovative upgrades and energy optimisation, you’ll have a key role in managing and improving service for a core site in London.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver top-tier technical support to clients
Manage scheduled maintenance and recommend system improvements
Address issues promptly and ensure timely resolution
Work on industry-leading systems including Trend, Tridium, Distech, Analytics, and Decarbonisation
Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive customer service
Participate in ongoing industry and equipment training to expand your knowledge
The Ideal Candidate
Has proven experience as a BMS Service Engineer (5+ years)
Is familiar with Trend, Tridium, and Distech systems, or is willing to undergo training
Possesses a strong customer service mindset and troubleshooting abilities
Has excellent oral and written communication skills
Is proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working independently
Holds a valid UK driving licence
