We have been retained by leader in the implementation of advanced Building Management Systems (BMS). They are seeking a diligent BMS Project Engineer to join their highly regarded, passionate team in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to work on flagship projects using cutting-edge Niagara and Distech systems.
Role Overview
In this role, the ideal candidate will be instrumental in delivering critical BMS projects and ensuring all milestones are hit, while maintaining the highest levels of quality. You will be liaising with a diverse team of engineers, stakeholders and clients to ensure the smooth progression of all projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Planning, organising, and controlling projects from beginning to end - Small works!
Interacting effectively with all project stakeholders to smooth out any issues
Understanding project requirements and developing effective scheduling plans
Effectively managing resources to meet project deadlines
Collaborating with the design and installation teams to ensure all client specifications are met
Maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the project phases
Conducting regular reviews and inspections to adhere to project standards
The Ideal Candidate
Solid experience in running small works projects
Working knowledge of Niagara and Distech systems
High attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills
Sound understanding of the processes and techniques in project management
Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills
Committed to quality and continuous improvement
