Role Overview
As the Project Manager, you will be given the opportunity to helm both technical as well as delivery aspects of key projects. You will engage with stakeholders, manage teams of engineers, ensure compliance to budgets and deadlines, while driving forward consistent improvements within the realm of smart building systems.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling and leading project meetings
Directing both delivery and engineering teams
Managing the financial aspects of the project
Keeping projects within the set deadlines
Negotiating contracts with clients and vendors
Implementing quality controls to achieve project targets
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the BMS/BEMS market
Experience in managing diverse teams and multiple projects
Solid understanding of smart building and energy optimisation domains
Confident and persuasive in stakeholder management
Capable of maintaining budgets and meeting deadlines
Good knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards
