They are seeking a solutions-focused Minor Works Engineer to take full ownership of their minor works programme within existing client sites and estates. Role Overview
The Minor Works Engineer will be the linchpin for managing their minor works programme from initiation to completion. Working primarily with established clients and sites, you will ensure enough resilience in the system to handle smaller projects seamlessly. Your ability to handle Trend Tridium-based solutions and your robust project management skills will significantly contribute to their mission of delivering first-class building automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver minor works projects from initial concept through to completion
Further develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Use your technical skills to solve complex problems on site
Ensure adherence to health, safety and quality standards on-site
Collaborate with different teams across the business to deliver integrated solutions
Continuously stay abreast of industry trends and strive to enhance service quality
The Ideal Candidate
Has significant experience in the BEMS/BMS sector
Is trained in Trend Tridium-based BMS solutions
Demonstrates exceptional project management skills
Is a self-starter who can work independently
Possesses excellent client relationship management skills
Has strong problem-solving abilities and a meticulous eye for detail
