Role Overview
The business is seeking a technically adept Lead Commissioning & Controls Engineer in London. The perfect candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a range of diverse smart building projects. From commissioning to complete customer handover, the role requires a fine blend of technical skill, leadership, project management, and customer service expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Craft detailed commissioning procedures for BMS/BEMS design
Monitor project plans and schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
Lead and manage the commissioning team, promoting a collaborative work environment
Guarantee project compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Ensure seamless communication with clients, providing technical guidance when required
Handle system troubleshooting and conduct post-project evaluation
The Ideal Candidate
Hold an in-depth understanding of BMS/BEMS and control engineering principles
Proven experience leading large scale smart building projects
Hold or working towards a relevant industry qualification
Possess a strong understanding of energy optimisation
