VIGO is recruiting for an esteemed client in need of a dynamic Bureau Manager. This is an exciting opportunity, where your responsibilities will encompass strategic leadership, commercial strategy, and operational performance.
Role Overview
As the Bureau Manager, you will guide the development, delivery, and growth of our client's 24/7 BMS remote service and energy and carbon reporting bureau services. Key to this role is setting a commercial strategy, driving operational performance, and managing the Bureau Team. The overarching goal? To streamline our client's service delivery and assist their customers in achieving net-zero objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic leadership and inspire a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Empower your team to deliver high-quality service and resolve process challenges
Devise a business plan for consistent and robust growth of the Bureau function
Create chargeable Bureau services that increase revenue and client retention
Oversee the fulfillment of contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Collaborate on customer communication and service collateral production
Support the Commercial Team in promoting existing and new Bureau services
Monitor KPIs and use data insights to improve service efficiency and quality
The Ideal Candidate
Possesses leadership experience in service teams (preferably in energy, utilities, or the public sector)
Displays commercial acumen, proven in managing budgets, and driving strategic plans
Has experience with Trend and Tridium including IQvision
Demonstrates excellent IT knowledge, particularly in connected networks and smart buildings
Excels in stakeholder and relationship management, both internally and externally
Possesses strong analytical skills with a knack for using data insights
Has experience in managing service deliverables, SLAs, and KPIs
Maintains high organisational skills, demonstrates keen attention to detail and multitasking abilities
