VIGO is delighted to be recruiting a BMS Technical Lead for one of the UK's leading BEMS providers. Situated in Watford, this remarkable business specialises in delivering technology-driven solutions in the Smart Buildings and Energy Optimisation sector.
Role Overview
This is a key position within the business where the incumbent will be responsible for leading and providing technical leadership to a team of BMS engineers. The Technical Lead will play a vital part in the delivery of innovative and sustainable solutions, ensuring projects are executed effectively and client's performance expectations are surpassed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and provide technical guidance to a team of BMS engineers
Ensure the delivery of high-quality and innovative BEMS projects
Oversight of project execution to ensure timeliness, performance, and quality
Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans and objectives to drive business growth
The Ideal Candidate
Proven technical leadership experience within a BMS environment
Proficient in Trend/Tridium or similar BMS systems
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
A strong motivator and leader, capable of guiding a high-performance team
Certifications in Energy Management or relevant field would be advantageous
