Role Overview
As a BMS / BEMS Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering complex, high-value Building Management System (BMS) and Building Energy Management System (BEMS) projects. Incorporating your expertise and innovative thinking, you will lead the implementation strategies for various projects. Also, being able to travel in and around London is a definitive aspect of this role, giving you the opportunity to engage closely with diverse work environments and their specific operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the successful delivery of BMS and BEMS projects within the set cost and time parameters
Coordinate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure project goals are met
Lead and manage a team of technicians and engineers to drive project success
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure resources are available when and where needed
Report regularly on project status and performance, ensuring transparency and constructive feedback loop
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in successfully managing BMS and BEMS projects
Strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with an individual project value of £250K or more
Exhibit exceptional leadership qualities, skilled at motivating teams towards project success
Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Hold a relevant degree or equivalent experience in project management or a related field
