Role Overview
As the BMS Project Manager, your chief mission will be to head several BMS projects, assuring client satisfaction and fostering resource optimization. You will be responsible for leading the projects from conception to completion, aligning with technical performance standards, budget expectations, and time constraints.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple BMS projects, ensuring timely completion within budget boundaries
Develop and manage project schedules, progress reports and coordinate with all stakeholders
Influence the development and execution of project plans and monitor work inside deadlines and budget
Assist technical teams in performing site visits, optimizing energy performance, and providing seamless smart building solutions
Resolve project issues, conflicts, and ensure client satisfaction
Liaise with internal teams to ensure projects align with organisational strategy and goals
The Ideal Candidate
Experienced in BMS Project Management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of BMS, Energy Efficiency Projects or Smart Building Solutions
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
Commercially astute with profound attention to financial and project KPIs
Strategic planning and resource management abilities
