VIGO is partnering with a renowned pioneer in BMS Control Systems, Decarbonisation and Climate Tech who is leading innovation with a remote-first approach. If you are a BMS Design Engineer with an end-to-end project ownership mentality, this role is for you.
As a key player within the team, you will be tasked with handling the design phase of projects, introducing novel systems and software solutions, and steering the shift towards data-driven analytics.
Role Overview
As a BMS Design Engineer, your mission is to take full ownership of the design process post the winning of a project. You will lead in outlining Desops, determining Setpoints, selecting systems, and deciding software among other things. Once approved by the client, you'll transfer responsibility to the Projects team for delivery but will remain accessible as a technical advisor during commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end design of BMS projects
- Approval of design with clients and transfer of responsibilities to the Projects team
- Ongoing technical advisory during commissioning
- Exploration of new technologies and analytics

- Experienced in the design of full BMS projects end-to-end
- Proactive, forward-thinking and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to translate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment
