**Role Overview**
The Service Engineer role is a vital part of a talented team that delivers innovative smart building projects across London. The business is well renowned within the sector for its cutting-edge BMS/BEMS solutions, energy optimization services, and working within the realms of luxurious, high-profile sites. **Key Responsibilities**
Executing service and maintenance duties on building control systems - Typically Trend, Tridium, with exposure to others such as Distech and EBO (Ecostruxure)
Investigating, diagnosing, and remedying system faults
Providing technical advice and guidance
First-line resolution of post-installation issues
Liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
**The Ideal Candidate**
Experience in a Service Engineer role within BMS/BEMS Trend and Tridium a must
Highly skilled in investigating and remedying system faults
Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working on high-profile, prestigious sites
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies
