VIGO is recruiting on behalf of a highly-regarded business in the Smart Buildings sector. They are searching for a talented and experienced BMS Project Engineer to join their team based in the Midlands.
Role Overview
As a BMS Project Engineer, you will be tasked with delivering effective support, driving energy efficiency initiatives, and overseeing the commissioning of Trend IQVision Systems. This role demands a high level of customer satisfaction delivery and the ability to work in a self-reliant manner.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a best-in-class service, with customer satisfaction a top priority
Own and manage assigned customer base, aiming to exceed contract provisions
Cooperate closely with customers to identify and remediate operational issues
Create comprehensive and precise service visit reports reflecting the value added by the service
Collaborate with account management and administration teams in delivering quotations
Identify and test energy-efficiency projects and improvement opportunities
Actively participate in team-call out rota and support fellow team members
Continually develop technical and industry knowledge through training opportunities offered
The Ideal Candidate
BMS engineering experience
Primary knowledge of either Trend, Tridium or EcoStruxure, and other legacy systems
Experience in a field service environment with a customer-centric focus
Capability to work independently without supervision
Commitment to providing high levels of customer satisfaction
Flexible and motivated approach to work
Passion for technology and innovation
Must have a full driving licence
