Role Overview
In this key role, you will be tasked with the responsibility of commissioning and integrating new and existing BMS into commercial properties. Your contribution will be integral to the continual commitment towards energy efficiency, smart buildings and sustainability in the built environment.
Key Responsibilities
Commissioning new BMS installations
Maintenance and service of existing BMS equipment
Preparation and execution of test plans
Liaison with clients to ensure satisfaction with BMS operations
Collaboration with project managers to meet project deadlines and stay within budgets
The Ideal Candidate
Proven professional experience in BMS systems
Knowledge of Trend or Tridium BMS systems
Understanding of HVAC control strategies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
