VIGO is growing and we’re looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants who want to operate at the sharp end of the market. This is a fully remote role for recruiters who are comfortable owning the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, thrive in a fast-paced innovative environment, and want to work in a business that is genuinely pushing recruitment forward through data, technology, and community. The Role As a Recruitment Consultant at VIGO, you will take full ownership of your market. From business development through to delivery and long-term account management, you will be responsible for building and growing trusted relationships across clients and candidates within the Smart Buildings ecosystem.
This role is about precision, performance, and trust — not volume for volume’s sake.
Key Responsibilities Own full 360 recruitment processes end to end Develop and manage long-term client relationships Source, engage, and advise high-quality candidates Run client meetings and manage the full hiring lifecycle Use market data and insight to support commercial conversations Maintain clean, accurate CRM data Share insight internally to improve team performance Operate with ownership, accountability, and pride
